    摘要:背景:菊花多糖作为菊花的主要活性成分之一,其抗氧化活性受到各界学者的关注。目的:比较和检测两种大小金丝菊的体外抗氧化活性。方法:通过水提醇沉法提取大小两种金丝菊多糖,分别利用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、盐酸萘乙二胺法等测定菊花多糖的清除羟基自由基(•OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-•)、亚硝酸盐(NO2-)的能力以及总还原力,来比较和评价两种菊花多糖的抗氧化活性。结果:大小两种菊花多糖的得率分别是:14.86%和16.13%;大小菊花多糖对各种自由基均有一定的清除能力,但是能力不同;计算得出大菊花多糖的半数清除浓度分别为:500μg/mL、830μg/mL、58μg/mL;而小菊花多糖的半数清除浓度为1200μg/mL、125μg/mL、54.2μg/mL,两者总还原力随着浓度的增加吸光度增加,抗氧化活性增强。结论:大小两种菊花均具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,本文对两种菊花多糖的抗氧化活性进行比较和检测,对菊花的开发具有十分重要意义。51866

    Detection of antioxidant activity in vitro of chrysanthemum polysaccharide

    Abstract: Background: Chrysanthemum polysaccharides as one of the major components of chrysanthemum, its antioxidant activity was paid attention by the scholars from all over the word. Objective: To compare and detect the antioxidant activity in vitro of two kinds of golden chrysanthemum. Methods: The polysaccharide was extracted from two kinds of golden chrysanthemum using water extract-alcohol precipitation method. To compare and evaluate the two kinds of  chrysanthemum polysaccharide antioxidant activity, the scavenging activity to hydroxyl radicals(•OH), superoxide anion radical(O2-•), nitrite(NO2-) and the total reducing power were detected using the adjacent two nitrogen Fe2+ oxidation process, the development of three autoxidation method, hydrochloric acid naphthalene ethylenediamine method, respectively. Results: The yields of the two kinds of chrysanthemum polysaccharide were 14.86% and 16.13%. The two kinds of chrysanthemum polysaccharide showed certain antioxidant activity. The two kinds of chrysanthemum polysaccharide had effect on scavenging •OH, •O2- and NO2- and hydroxyl radical with the half elimination concentration of 500μg/mL, 830μg/mL, 58μg/mL and 1200μg/mL, 125μg/mL, 54.2μg/mL, respectively. The total reducing power increased with the increase of concentration. Conclusion: The two kinds of chrysanthemum polysaccharide exhibited certain antioxidant activity. This study compares and detect the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide, providing a theoretical basis for the further exploitation of chrysanthemum polysaccharide.
