摘要润滑油品质实时监测,可以及时、准确地判断油品的变质、污染和机械磨损情况,是企业节约能源、保护设备、加强润滑管理、实现按质换油的必要程序。目前油品质量监测广泛应用于石油、化工、纺织、国防、医学等领域。22614
反映油品质量的参数可以由粘度、密度以及介电常数等组成,因此准确地测量上述三个量及温度对油介质的品质的衡量具有重要的作用。
本文介绍了在美国MEAS的油质传感器FPS2800B12C4作为敏感前端基础上,设计基于LabVIEW的实时监测油品粘度、密度、介电常数和温度的上位机软件,接收由CAN转换器接收的油液特性参数。采用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW编程设计数据采集、数据处理、数据显示和存储,构建多参数油品在线监测系统,应用于机械设备运行状态下润滑油品质的在线监测。
采用本系统对油液特性参数在线监测和实验数据分析,结果表明,本系统操作简单、实时性好、检测状态稳定。

Title Software design of oil detection
system based on LabVIEW
Abstract
Real-time quality monitoring of lubricating oil can determine deterioration, pollution and mechanical wear timely and accurately. It’s the necessary procedures for enterprise to save energy,protect equipment, strengthen the management of lubricating oil, change lubricating oil according to the quality. Currently, the quality monitoring of oil is widely used in the field of petroleum, chemical, textile, defense, medical, etc.
Parameters reflecting the quality of oil can consist of the viscosity, density and dielectric constant, etc . Therefore, accurate measurements of the three volume and temperature has an important effect on the quality measure of oil medium.
In this paper, we use American MEAS lube quality sensor FPS2800B as the sensitive front, design the PC software for real- time monitoring of lube viscosity, density, dielectric constant and temperature based on LabVIEW, receive lube property parameters collected by CAN Bus. The virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW is used to design the program of data acquisition, data processing, data display and storage, construct multi-parameter real-time monitoring system for the lube, applied lubricant real-time quality monitoring mechanical equipment with operating status.
The system is validated by monitoring the fluid parameters online and the experimental data are analyzed. The result show that the system has good operation, well stability and stable status of detection.
