摘要随着电力电子器件的发展,交流变频调速也开始了快步发展,调速性能不断提高,克服了许多直流调速难以克服的缺点。本文将就电机节能技术中最受瞩目的变频调速技术展开,研究一种基于数字信号控制(DSC)的三相异步电动机变频调速系统。24272
论文首先会阐述变频调速技术的前景以及国内外的研究现状,介绍本论文的研究内容,然后就会展开本次论文的原理介绍。本次电机调速采用恒压频比开环控制方法,驱动方面采用正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)调制方法。因此,本文会重点分析恒压频比开环控制方法和SPWM调制方法的原理。
在硬件设计方面,此次调速系统会以MICROCHIP公司的dsPIC30F2010芯片为控制电路核心,以智能功率模块(IPM)为主电路核心,对IPM驱动以及DSC与PC机通信电路等模块进行设计。在软件方面,本文运用MICROCHIP公司为DSC芯片专门开发的MPLAB集成开发环境编写程序,调试并运行。
实验结果表明,利用SPWM技术可成功实现三相异步电机的变频调速。该变频调速系统的研究与设计为今后开发更高性能的变频调速系统创造了条件。

Abstract
With the development of power electronic devices, AC variable frequency speed regulation also began a rapid development, and continuously improve the speed performance, overcomes many difficult to overcome the disadvantages of DC speed regulation. The most popular on the motor energy saving technology in thesis focuses attention on research of variable frequency speed control technology, a digital signal based control (DSC) three-phase asynchronous motor variable frequency speed regulating system.
This paper first explains the current situation and the prospect of variable frequency speed control technology at home and abroad, introduces the content of this research, introduces the principle and will be launched in this thesis. The motor speed control with constant voltage frequency ratio of open loop control method, driven by sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) modulation method. Therefore, this paper will focus on the analysis of constant voltage frequency ratio principle of open loop control method and the SPWM modulation method.
In the aspect of hardware design, the control system with dsPIC30F2010 chip of MICROCHIP company as the core control circuit, intelligent power module (IPM) as the main circuit core, carries on the design to the IPM drive and DSC and PC communication circuit module. On the software side, the MPLAB integrated development environment using MICROCHIP company specializes in the development of DSC chip programming, debugging and running.
The experimental results show that, can realize the variable-frequency adjustable speed three-phase induction motor successfully using SPWM technology. Research and design of the variable frequency speed regulation system to create the conditions for the variable frequency speed regulation system in the future development of higher performance.
