摘要就煤矿行业而言,随着使用量的越来越大,煤矿的运输量也随之增大,除了列车提速之外,最重要的就是装煤环节的快速性和高效性。全国各地的大型煤场基本都使用了国产或进口的装车系统,大大提高了装车的速度,但是就目前而言,已经使用的装车系统还存在很大的改进空间。其中最主要的就是列车车厢的载重等信息还需要人工进行输入,不可避免的降低了效率,更增加了错误率。在生产压力日益增加的今天,这种人工操作的方式越来越不被煤矿企业认可,所以很多公司都把装车系统的升级改造计划提上了日程。32388
本文从列车信息的自动化采集方式入手,引入了射频识别技术,就是为每节车厢配上自己的身份证—电子标签,在列车驶入装煤场的时候,用射频读卡器将每节车厢的信息读取出来,传入上位机总控制器,在列车到达指定装煤地点的时候,整个装车系统已经能够快速有效的为每一节车厢准备好煤炭并装好。
在此基础上通过项目可行性分析,设计了以PLC为主控,RFID为识别器,LabVIEW作为上位机软件的系统升级产品,并作出相关实物进行可行性测试。最后了整个设计的不足,并提出自己的解决方法以及提出后续的发展展望。

Abstract
On coal mining industry, with usage growing, coal transport volume also increase. In addition to increase the speed, the most important thing is part of the coal loading speed and efficiency. Basic large coal fields across the country are using domestic or imported loading system, greatly improving the speed of loading. But for now, there is much room for loading system which is already in use to improve. The most important thing is that the information of load train carriages still need to be manually input. This inevitably reduces the efficiency, but also increase the error rate. With the increase of productivity, this artificial mode of operation is less and less recognized by coal mining enterprises. Many companies regard the planned upgrading of the loading system put on the agenda.
Starting from the automation train information collection methods, the radio frequency identification technology is introduced in the paper. It is coupled with their identity as each car - electronic tags. Each car will be read out with RFID reader when the train enters the field of coal loading .It pass information to the PC master controller. The entire loading system has been able to quickly and efficiently prepare coal and installed for each carriage when loading coal train arrived.
On this basis, by project feasibility analysis, we designed a PLC as the master, RFID for the recognizer, Labview as PC software system upgrade. We also make the relevant physical conduct feasibility tests. Finally, We put forward their own solutions and development prospects according to shortage.
