摘要:随着现代工业的飞速发展,人类对能源的需求明显增加,而地球上可利用的常规能源日趋匮乏。据专家预测,煤炭还可开采221年,石油39年,天然气只能用60年。如何实现能源的持续发展,从而保证经济的可持续发展和社会的可持续发展,已经是各国政府必须解决的大问题。33673
而风力发电作为可再生能源中的一种,已经逐渐获得世界各方越来越多的关注。风力发电的原理,是利用风力带动风车叶片旋转,再透过增速机将旋转的速度提升,来促使发电机发电。但在风电场运行的过程中,风速的变化会引起风机输出功率的波动,在大规模接入电网的时候会对电网产生危害。即使风机机组本身可以通过控制叶轮的角度变化来调节输出功率的波动,但这种方法是在高风速时的情况下以牺牲部分风资源为代价,对于低风速或无风的情况下该方法就无效。而在风电站里配备化学储能技术可以改善风机发电引起的一系列负面影响。
现在可行的一个设想是,在风电配网系统内增加一组一定容量的直流风储控制系统。在正常情况下,对电池进行充电,当电网需要进行有功补偿,平滑波动,或无功补偿,提高功率因素时,通过相关监控系统的优化策略控制,来提高风能的整体电压质量。本文主要对储能系统的电池管理系统,电池储能系统以及后台监控系统进行探索研究。

Control of Wind Energy Storage System
Abstract:
With the rapid development of modern industry, human demand for energy increased significantly, while conventional energy available on earth is becoming scarce. Experts predict that coal can be mined for 221 years, 39 years of oil and gas can only be used for 60 years. How to achieve sustainable energy development, so as to ensure sustainable economic growth and sustainable development of society, governments have a big problem that must be solved.
And wind power as a renewable energy, has gradually gained more and more attention in the world parties. The principle of wind power generation is the use of wind driven windmill blades rotate, then through the growth machine make the rotational speed boost to encourage generators. But in the process of wind farm operation, the change in wind speed will cause fluctuations in the output power of the fan, and will cause harm to the grid. Even if the fan unit itself can be adjusted by controlling the output power fluctuation change in angle of the impeller, but this method in the case of high wind speeds when the wind resource at the expense of part of the cost, for low wind or no wind situations which would invalid. The energy storage technology can improve a range of negative impacts caused by the fan power.
One idea is now possible to increase the capacity of a certain group storage systems direct air control system within the wind power distribution network. Under normal conditions, charging the battery, When the grid needs to be active and to compensate, smooth fluctuations, or reactive power compensation, improve power factor, by optimizing the related policy control monitoring system, to improve the overall quality of wind power voltage. This paper focuses on the energy storage system battery management system, battery energy storage systems, and background monitoring system exploration and research.
