设计说明书本设计对国内外过硫酸盐生产工艺研究的文献进行了查阅整理,针对电解法生产过硫酸盐生产过程中存在的问题,在总结相关研究的基础上,通过计算,数据说明,探索了以硫酸铵和硫酸为原料,电解法生产过硫酸盐的工艺。34161
过硫酸盐的应用领域十分广泛,可用作引发剂,石油开采的时候,井下压裂的添加剂,食品工业中用于生产淀粉的添加剂,过硫酸盐在电子工业中应用尤其广泛,过硫酸盐被大量用于电子工业印刷中电路铜板的清洗,被用于印刷电路板刻蚀剂等。但是,在这样的市场情景下,目前国内过硫酸盐生产工艺耗电量巨大,发展新的过硫酸盐生产工艺势在必行。
本设计针对电解系统进行研究,在结合实际,对上海天坛助剂有限公司的实际工艺进行研究,通过对电解过程的研究,找出每一个有可能影响电解效率的因素,并针对这些因素进行分析,寻找出最合适、节能的生产工艺。在研究的过程中,实地了解电解槽结构,阴阳极室的料液组成以及阴阳极室的膜材料种类。通过实地认知,更深刻的了解电解槽的构造。本设计采用铂条阳极、铅板作为阴极,自制有机玻璃电解槽作为反应器,暂不考虑电解母液的循环问题。
本文全面阐述了电解过硫酸盐过程中具体的生产工艺,全面分析国内外过硫酸盐的生产工艺以及国内过硫酸盐生产的发展。对电解过程中反应物浓度、槽电压、反应时间、反应膜材料等对电解过程的影响做出分析。通过计算分析各部分的影响,得出最合理的工艺流程以及最节能环保的操作方法。
