    摘 要三相交流异步电动动机因为其结构简单、价格不高等优点而在农业、工业及其它行业领域中被广泛应用,不过在运行时,异步电动机所带的负载往往处于不断变化的状态,如果在空载或者轻载的状态下运行时,就会出现异步电动机的功率因数减小、运行效率降低、电能浪费等一些严重后果,因此三相异步电动机空载或轻载时的节能问题接非常重要和迫切了, 而异步电动机的节能主要在哪方面呢?通过分析可知,节能空间就集中在电机空载和轻载运行时,满载工作效率很高。本文首先对异步电动机的几种节能方法进行了介绍, 并且对异步电动机的损耗进行了分析,同时阐述了降压节能的基本原理。然后,本文着重介绍与研究了异步电动机变频节能的方法, 提出并分析了恒压频比控制方式在基频以上和基频以下的控制原理,并且阐述了变频变压调速节能的优势。其次再对变频器的基本机构进行了简单的介绍。最后本文正对变频器节能的优点列举变频调速器在风机中控制节能的应用。在了解了风机调速运转的节能原理之后,提出了变频器应用在风机节电计算实例。通过比较变频器节能与传统的节流调节的节能差距,体现变频器节能的合理与优势。37755

    Abstract Three-phase AC asynchronous motor motivation has been widelyused in agriculture, industry and other industries because of its structureis simple and the price is not high . but at run time, asynchronous motorwith load are often in a changing state, if under no-load or light load staterun, there will be asynchronous motor power factor and reduce, reducethe operational efficiency, electric energy is wasted and other seriousconsequences, the three-phase asynchronous motor in no-load or lightload of energy-saving problems connecting is very important and urgent,for a long time in the no-load or light carrying state of asynchronousmotor, there is a very big space for energy saving. Very researchsignificance.In this paper, several energy saving methods of asynchronous motorare introduced, and the loss of asynchronous motor is analyzed, and thebasic principle of energy saving is described.. Then, this paper focuses onthe introduction and study the method of frequency conversion andenergy saving of asynchronous motor, puts forward and analyzes theconstant ratio of voltage and frequency control in fundamental frequencyabove and below the base frequency control principle, and expounded theVVVF energy-saving advantages. Secondly, the basic mechanism of theinvert is briefly introduced.Finally, the inverted energy saving is listed and the advantages of frequency converter in the fan control of the application of energy saving.After understanding the energy saving principle of the speed operation ofthe fan, the application of the inverted in the wind turbine power savingcalculation examples is presented.. By comparing the energy-saving andthe traditional throttling adjustment of the invert, the energy savingdifference between invert and invert is the reasonable and advantage ofthe inverted energy saving.
