摘要混凝土广泛运用于建筑行业,生产出高品质混凝土有利于提高建筑物的质量。但是现在生产现场使用的混凝土配料控制系统存在配料精度不高、人机交互界面差等问题,所以急需设计出一款具有较高配料精度和较好人机交互界面的混凝土配料控制系统。39713
本论文中设计的混凝土配料控制系统以C8051F020为核心,配以称重传感器、信号调理电路、LCD液晶显示、4*4矩阵键盘、光电耦合器输出电路和通讯接口,功能丰富,能够满足生产需要。在单片机的选型上采用具有丰富片内资源的SoC型C8051F020单片机,利用其片上系统可以简化外部电路设计,提高系统的抗干扰能力。在信号调理上,采用仪表放大器AD620对信号进行处理。在人机界面上采用矩阵键盘输入和液晶显示方式,利用矩阵键盘可以设定各物料的配比,配料过程的重要信息可以显示在液晶屏上。还可以通过RS232通讯接口与PC机进行数据传输,利用MCGS组态软件对配料系统的生产过程进行监控。为保证配料系统的精度,采用大小阀门加点动控制的给料方式进行混凝土配料。
本设计的混凝土配料控制系统具有外部电路结构简单、配料精度相对较好、人机交互界面友好的特点。在给料方式上采用过程控制的方式,可以保证配料控制系统的精度。友好的人机界面使系统更加实用。

Abstract
Extensive use of concrete and construction industry to produce high-quality concrete help to improve the quality of the building. But now the production of concrete batching control systems used on site presence batching accuracy is not high, poor man-machine interface, so an urgent need to design a control system for a concrete batching of ingredients with a higher accuracy and better human-machine interface.
This paper designed concrete batching control system C8051F020 as the core, together with weighing sensors, signal conditioning circuits, LCD, 4 * 4 matrix keyboard, relay output circuit and communication interface, feature-rich, to meet production needs. SoC type using C8051F020 MCU has a wealth of on-chip resources on a single chip selection, using its on-chip system can simplify the external circuit design, improve anti-jamming capability. On the signal conditioning instrumentation amplifier using AD620 for signal processing. A matrix keyboard input and LCD display on the display unit, using matrix keyboard can be set to any ratio of each material, the blending process important information can be displayed on an LCD screen. You can also transfer data via RS232 communication interface with the PC, use of MCGS batching system of the production process is monitored. To ensure the accuracy of dosing system, using the size of the electric control valve plus the way to feed the concrete mix.
The design of the concrete batching control system has a simple external circuit structure, high batching accuracy, good man-machine interface features. In the feeding method to process control method you choose, you can guarantee the accuracy of dosing control system. Friendly interface makes the system more practical.
