    摘要现今,人们越来越关注新能源,有效地利用这些能源可以缓解当前的能源危机。风能与太阳能是比较清洁与便捷的新能源,两者在时间和空间上具有非常强的互补性,并且它们在地球上的储量巨大。太阳能和风能的利用尤其便利于常规电网无法企及的偏远地区,例如山区和海岛,此时可以利用当地充足的风能和太阳能为其用户提供廉价环保的动力资源。因此现如今基于风光互补的发电系统受到更多的人关注。39881
    本篇文章通过对相关资料的查阅,展开了对风光互补发电系统的优化设计与研究,对其基本结构与工作原理做了深入了解,其中对风能发电机、太阳能光伏阵列、蓄电池组、控制器、逆变器及卸荷单元等部分做了详细分析。然后利用遗传算法对系统进行优化,提高系统运行的可靠性与能源的有效利用率,从中体现了使用算法优化系统的重要性。同时利用MATLAB对风光互补发电系统进行建模与仿真,运行分析比较其波形,了解将风能与太阳能互补发电的重要性。最后再将此优化方案与实际案例相结合,确保其供电稳定可靠的情况下,更好地满足用户负载的需要,既实现了风光互补发电系统优化设计的原始目标,又体现了经济性,节省了建设成本与文修费用。

    Abstract
    In the society now, people pay more attention to the new energy, using the new energy can alleviate the current energy crisis effectively.Wind and solar power is a clean and convenient new energy sources, both of them have very strong complementary to each other in time and space, and their reserves is huge on earth.The use of solar and wind power is especially convenient in remote areas which the conventional grid cannot reach, such as mountains and islands, in this time we can make use of local abundant such as wind power and solar  energy for its users provide cheap and friendly power resources . Therefore, more people pay more attention on the wind-light complementary system.
        Through the access to relevant information,the design and research about the wind-light complementary system optimization is talked,on the basic of structure and working principle, it shows a deeply understand, including wind turbines, solar photovoltaic array battery, controller, inverter, and unloading bearing,the design of system is optinaled by using genetic algorithm,which improve the reliability of system and the effective utilization of energy, it shows the necessity of using algorithm to optimize system.At the same time, making modeling and simulation of wind-light complementary system with the Matlab to analysis operation and compare the waveform to know the importance of wind and solar energy complementary power generation.Finally combing the optimization scheme with the actual case, which ensure the power supply is stable and reliable, and make better for users, that realized the original target of wind-light complementary system optimization design, and increaseing the efficiency, saving construction cost and maintenance cost.
