摘要社会经济的发展,城市化建设的扩大,人民生活水平的提高,使得大家对城市集中供暖的质量提出了更高的要求。目前,我国北方地区冬季生活的供暖主要采用的是集中供暖,但部分供暖设备系统的控制方式依旧是接触器控制,这种控制方式具有线路复杂、可靠性低等缺点;而且供暖设备过于分散、无法集中管理,存在多方面缺点,如浪费人力资源、监控效率低。
针对现实生活中使用的集中供暖系统,设计了基于PLC控制的集中供暖系统,该系统主要由三相变频器、PLC、温度传感器、组态软件等构成。变频器控制循环泵、补水泵等电机的启动、停止、运行、调速。以西门子S7-300 PLC作为下位机,通过PLC编写程序,实现对集中供暖自动控制;上位机监控界面运用的是组态王6.5,实现运行时信息集中处理和显示,提供历史曲线调用、查询、报警功能。41594
本系统由变频器、PLC和组态软件构成,具有相对完善的监控功能,具有安全可靠的优点。不但实现了对集中供暖的远程集中监测控制,而且有效地降低了能耗,同时也保证了供暖质量,还节约了能源,提高了运行管理效率,控制了生产成本。

Design of central heating monitoring system based on PLC
Abstract
The development of social economy, the expansion of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standard, make the quality of central heating of the city put forward higher requirements. At present, the heating of life in the north winter in our country mainly uses is central heating, but part of the heating equipment of the system control mode is still the contactor control, this control method has complex circuit, low reliability shortcomings; and heating equipment are too scattered, unable to set management, there many disadvantages, such as a waste of human resources, the monitoring efficiency low.
According to the centralized heating system used in real life, a centralized heating system based on PLC control is designed. The system consists of three phase inverter, PLC, temperature sensor, configuration software and so on. Inverter control circulating pump, water pump start, stop, speed control. By Siemens S7-300 PLC programming, to achieve automatic control of central heating; monitoring interface using kingview 6.5, implement a run-time information processing and display, provide historical calls curve, query and alarm function.
The system has a relatively complete monitoring function, which has the advantages of safety and reliability. It not only realizes the remote centralized monitoring of central heating, but also effectively reduces the energy consumption, at the same time, it also ensures the heating quality, , improves the efficiency of operation management, and controls the cost.
