摘要:自动化立体仓库输送链控制系统(Automated stereoscopic warehouse conveyor chain control system),是指在不直接进行人工参与的情况下自动地进行货物入库、货物出库和条形码扫描等作业。采用自动化的输送链进行货物的智能入库出库输送。42722
基于PLC的自动化立体仓库输送链控制系统是根据立体仓库运行的所需要求而设计的。在整个控制链系统中,以Siemens S7-200系列PLC为系统的核心控制元件,操作面板为人机接口部件,采用两条输送链来智能运送货物出入库,由四个异步电机来驱动输送辊道和输送链条的正反转,由一个电机来控制横移辊道驱动,由一个电机来控制电磁挡板的驱动。在关键位置上设置红外探测器对对货物的位置进行检测,并采用了停止开关在故障发生之后能够进行紧急的停止保护。通过理论研究和逻辑推理,表明本论文所研究的自动化立体仓库输送链控制系统具有一定的先进性和实用性,具备广阔的应用前景。

The design of automatic warehouse delivery chain control system based on PLC
Abstract: automated warehouse conveyor chain control system (automated stereoscopic warehouse conveyor chain control system), is refers to not directly artificial participation automatically goods storage, goods out of the library and barcode scanning operations. Intelligent storage and delivery of goods by using the automatic conveying chain.
The control system of the transmission chain of the automated warehouse based on PLC is designed according to the requirement of the operation of the solid warehouse. In the control chain system, by the Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the core of the system control components, operation panel for man-machine interface unit by two conveying chain to intelligent transport goods out of storage, by four asynchronous motor to drive the roller conveyor and conveyor chain of positive and negative, by a motor to control the sliding roller driven, by a motor to control electromagnetic baffle driven. In the key position, the infrared detector is used to detect the position of the goods, and the stop switch is used to stop the protection after the fault occurs.Through the theoretical research and logical reasoning, this paper shows that the research of automated warehouse conveyor chain control system is advanced and practical, and has broad application prospects.
