摘要本论文在深入研究各国基于自动控制的新型综合武器系统发展现状的基础上,设计了基于自动控制的新型综合武器系统的总体方案,使用Solidworks软件进行了三维实体造型和总体装配,并对武器系统的自动开栓机构,方向机和高低机等方面进行了具体的设计。
根据作战要求及各项参数,进行分析计算,确定了自动开栓机构、方向机、高低机的传动比,设计减速机的减速比,选择电机,编写计算说明;总结各机构的优缺点,进行比较,设计了开栓方式,高低机和方向机的传动方式,为满足作战需求设计降级使用机构;对各机构的关键零部件如开栓滑块、摇架、托架等进行了具体设计,并绘制工程图。47993

Title A new integrated weapon system based on automatic control
Abstract
On the basis of in-depth study of research situation of foreign remote controlled weapon station, I designed the overall plan and carry out the 3D solid modeling and assembly by Solidworks software. Automatic opening bolt machine, elevating mechanism and traversing mechanism were designed in detail.
According to the operational requirements and parameters, analysis and calculation were conducted to determine transmission ratio of the automatic opening and bolt mechanism, elevating mechanism and traversing mechanism. The reduction ratio of the reducer was designed and the motor was selected. The calculation instructions were written. The advantages and disadvantages of each mechanism were summarized to design the transmission mode. In order to meet the operational requirements, the degradation mechanism is designed. The key parts of the various mechanisms such as open bolt slider, cradle, and bracket were designed in detail, and the engineering drawings were completed.
