摘要:在经济不断发展,科学技术日新月异的今天,楼的高度已和经济发展同样的速度成长起来。作为建筑的中枢神经,电梯起着不可或缺的作用,电梯作为建筑物内的主要运输工具,像其他的交通工具一样,已经成为我们日常生活中一个不可缺少的组成部分。因此需要提高电梯系统的各项性能指标,保障其可靠运行。48973
目前,在电梯的控制方式上,主要有继电器控制、PLC控制和微型计算机控制三种。而PLC实际上是一种专用计算机,它采用巡回扫描的方式分时处理各项任务,而且依靠程序运行,这就保证只有正确的程序才能运行,否则电梯不会工作;又由于PLC中的内部辅助继电器及保持继电器等实际上是PLC系统内存工作单元,即无线圈又无触点,使用次数不受限制,属无触点运行,因此,它比继电器控制有着明显的优越性,工作更加可靠安全 。
本文针对电梯运行特点,利用WinCC实现电梯运行状态的仿真,通过step7和WinCC在线监控,实现电梯控制程序调试与设计。

The Design and Simulation of elevator control system based on PLC
Abstract:In the rapidly development of economy and technology today, the height of the building has developed at the same speed with the economic. As central nervous of the building , elevator plays a indispensable role, elevator is the main transportation tool of the building,it has become part of our daily life like other traffic . So there is a need to improve each performance index of elevator system, to ensure the reliable operation.
At present, we can control elevator with relay, PLC and microcomputer. While the PLC is actually a kind of special computer, which processing tasks in a tour scanning way , and rely on the program to run, which ensures that only the correct program can make it work , otherwise the elevator will not work; and the auxiliary
relay and holding relay actually is memory cell of the PLC system, it has no coils and contacts,can be used with no limit of times. Therefore, it is obviously more superior than the relay control, and more reliable and safe.
In this paper, according to the characteristics of the elevator operation, through the STEP7 and WinCC online monitoring, to debug and design the elevator control program.
