摘要伴随着科学技术的发展,自动控制技术也越来越多样化。大多数的运动控制都选用单片机以及PLC。本论文主要阐述的是选用NI公司生产的73XX系列控制卡,以及DAQ6251数据采集卡,通过LabVIEW编程实现对堆垛机控制系统的设计。49438
本论文阐述的控制系统主要的功能是实现堆垛机在2个方向上的运动控制。通过运动控制卡实现对于两台两相步进电机的控制。通过数据采集卡,实现对于一台直流电机的正反转控制以及压力的采集与控制。其中,两台步进电机实现的是堆垛机在2个方向上的运动。直流电机主要功能是实现机械臂手的伸缩功能。对于抓取和存放的功能则有一台液压装置来实现。压力采集主要是针对抓手装夹力度的控制。整个堆垛机控制系统实现了货物的存放与抓取。
本次设计主要运用到的软件有LabVIEW2009版。相应的驱动软件可以从NI的官网上下载。相应的操作说明也可以从NI的官网上获取。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, automatic control technology is also increasingly perse. Most of the motion control have chosen to use the MCU and PLC. This paper is describing the design of using NI 73xx series of production control card ,and the DAQ PXI6251 data acquisition card, through the LabVIEW programming of the stacker control system design.
This paper described the main features of the control system is to achieve the control of movement of the stacker in the direction of the two. Through the motion control card can be achieved for the two phase stepping motor control. Through the data acquisition card , can be achieved for a DC motor control and pressure acquisition and feedback.. Among them, two stepping motors is the realization of stacker in a two direction movement. The main function of the DC motor is gripping and storage of goods. The main function of the pressure acquisition is to control the clamping force. The stacker control system can realize the function of storing and removing the goods.
The design of the main use of the software is LabVIEW 2009 version. Appropriate driver software can be downloaded from the official website of the NI. The operation instruction can also be obtained from the official website of the NI.
