摘要监控组态软件是一个面向监控与数据的软件平台工具,利用它可以快速、方便的构造与生成上位机监控系统,极大地缩短工业监控软件的开发周期,提高开发效率。本设计为简单的温湿度控制系统,是一种基于组态软件MCGS的温室环境远程监控和管理系统;应用S7200控制算法进行温室环境参数设定,通过空调、加热器等执行器件实现自动控制,从而使温室环境的温湿度符合人们所需要求,提高温室的产量与质量。50792
温室系统利用北京昆仑通态有限公司设计开发的组态软件进行本系统的上位机组态设计,完成对系统的监控、报警、制表、远程控制等功能,具有性能可靠稳定、成本低、检测精度高等特点,不仅提高了温室质量,而且起到节本增收作用,具有良好的推广应用价值。该软件操作简便,画面动感直观。本文主要介绍了温室系统所需原器件选型、上位机软件组态及控制程序设计等。

Abstract The monitoring configuration software is a platform supervisory control and dataoriented tool,which can quickly and easily construct and generate PC monitoring system, significantly reducing industrial monitoring and controlling software development cycle, as well as improving the development efficiency. This design is a simple temperature and humidity control system, which is a kind of greenhouse environment based on configuration software MCGS remote monitoring and management system. Applying S7200 to control algorithm of greenhouse environment parameters setting, automatic control was achieved by executive components such as air conditioner, heater, which conform to the requirements of the people needed to make the greenhouse environment temperature and humidity, to improve the production and quality of greenhouse.
Greenhouse system uses Ltd. Beijing Kunlunstate design and development of software for the configuration PC configuration of the system design, completing the system of monitoring, alarm, tabulation, remote control, which have reliable and stable performance, low cost and high accuracy characteristics, not only improving the quality of greenhouse, and reducing the cost increase effect and having good popularization and application value. The software is simple, intuitive image motion. the components selection of greenhouse system, PC software configuration and the design of the control program is mainly introduced in this paper.
