摘要:近年来随着物流行业的不断发展,人力资源成本的不断提高,柔性化制造系统的兴 起,利用自动化设备管理贮存货物的仓库引起了很多工厂的兴趣。同时随着科学技术,尤其是计算机技术的发展,仓库的管理已经可基本实现无人化管理。使用自动化立体仓库设备有许多优点,如能使仓库高层空间利用更加合理化,自动化存取物体,同时使操作变得更加便捷。既能节省用人的人工费用,同时降低了在装卸货物时发生危险的概率,提高了工作的安全性,还能迅速、正确的传递物品和信息,提高工作效率。另外其还有一个非常突出的优点就是能提高空间利用率,一般来说,若利用自动化高层立体仓库,那么其空间利用率可以达到普通平库的二到五倍,大大的节约了仓库的空间,使得同样的面积可以装下更多的物体。本课题通过西门子的OPC软件“PC Access”实现PLC与WinCC的通信,利用基于WINDOWS平台的工控组态软件WinCC,形成一套可运行的货物输送链监控系统。51103
