摘要 :矿井提升机是矿山的大型固定设备之一。主要升降人员、矸石、提升煤炭、下放物料和设备等,它连通矿井上、下的枢纽。提升机是否能正常工作,决定了生产运输正常进行和工作人员的生命安全。因此,矿井提升机配备良好的控制设备和保护装置是十分必要的。通过分析监控系统的特点及需求,采用西门子公司的S7-200系列的最高级型号CPU226 PLC作为系统的主控装置,还采用了与处理器配套的扩展模块。系统主要实现功能为:通过编码器进行行程与速度的监测;为提升机整个运行过程提供超速保护;提供过卷、松绳、提升错向等多个保护;可以实现误差校正;在安全制动时可以实现恒减速制动文中着重对综合后备保护装置的硬件和软件设计进行了分析和说明,其中软件设计是该装置的核心部分。该套基于PLC技术的矿井提升机综合后备保护方案经实验证明完全达到了设计的要求,且操作界面直观而友善,扩展性强,为矿井提升机的安全有效运行提供了可靠的保障。52763

Abstract: Mine hoister is one of the big equipment.It mainly lifts coal mineral lifts people and puts matter and equipment.It connects the crossing of mine .If it can work well ,It is importan t to the producing of coal and the safety of workers.So it asks good equipment and protecting equipment. The hard core of this equipment is the design of software.This paper first introduced the composition of the mine hoist and the requirements of the electric control system. Then we analyze the characteristics and needs of mine hoist monitoring system. Based on the requirements of the project we choose CPU226 PLC which is the most senior model of Siemens S7-200 series as the main system control device, and select the extended modules which support the processor's expansion. Aiming at the deficiency of monitor strategy and protecting function of domestic monitoring devices, this system adds some new protection functions and creates a new method by changing the position of Speed-Reducing Point to control the hoisters speed. At the same time, combining the powerful functions of the processor as well as the convenience to directly collect field signal.This integrated backup protective equipment for PLC which is based on virtual instrument has been proved by experiment to achieve the requirement of design. The equipment, which has a clear and amicable interface and great expansibility, provides the operation of mine hoister with safeguard.
