摘 要:本文介绍电梯的基本结构、工作原理和PLC的结构,针对4层4站PLC控制的电梯,采用三菱FX2N-48MR PLC,设计了电梯的控制器。包括电梯的指层、运行控制、轿箱内呼叫指令、电梯选层和运行定向模块、电梯的到站水平运行开关门等,实现了电梯的指层控制、轿箱内与各站呼叫指令的记录、电梯运行方向控制和自动控制停靠站层,开关门自动化和电梯自动运行等功能;同时采用RS-485总线实现上位机与PLC通信,并采用Kingview 设计开发系统。从而完成上位机对基于PLC控制的电梯的远程监控。57881

Abstract: This paper introduced the elevator structure, the structure and the working principle of the PLC. Aiming at the elevator of four floors and four stations, design the controller of the elevator which is based on the technology of Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR PLC. This controller is included in the refers to the layer of the elevator,the running controller, the module of register and cancel the instructions from the cabin, the module of register and cancel the instructions from the station hall, the module of choose station and direction, the module of door movement, the module of elevator operation, and so on. These modules achieve the functions: fingering out the location of the cabin, registering the instructions from the cabin and the station hall, choosing the direction and the station of elevator follow these instructions, operating elevator and door automatically, and other functions. Simultaneously,this controller uses the design and development system of Kingview and the RS-485 concentration line which achieves the communication between PC and PLC to complete the remote monitor from PC to the elevator which is based on PLC.
