摘要:冲压是汽车生产的重要工艺之一。冲压车间承担原材料卷料、板料的存放;卷料的开卷剪切;板材的剪切;冲压件的存放;废料处理以及设备、模具的日常维修和保养等工作。冲压车间地坑属于地下室结构,进出口少,基本不能自然通风,如果发生火灾危害极大。故本次论文使用软件进行火灾数值分析。本文利用FDS建立地坑的三维简化模型,研究在地坑中无喷淋、仅设置喷淋及用时设置喷淋和排烟装置的三种工况。本文通过FDS软件模拟得出了安装自动喷淋系统,对于火灾的控制有着很大的作用,可以大幅降低火灾的蔓延,并且配合通风系统可以有效提升火场的能见度。58109

Use FDS to analysis the fire of the Stamping workshop basement
Abstract: Stamping is one of the important processes in automobile production. Stamping workshop undertake coiling raw materials, sheet metal storage; coiling uncoiling shearing; sheet metal shear; stamping parts of the store; waste disposal and equipment, mold maintenance and daily maintenance work. Stamping workshop basement is underground, import and export less, and have less aeration, if be fired it will be very dangerous. So this paper uses the software to carry out the numerical analysis of fire. The FDS to set up pit simplified three-dimensional model of the study in a pit without spray, only equipped with spray and set sprinkler and smoke exhausting device of three conditions. This paper by FDS software simulation that the installation of sprinkler systems, for fire control has a significant role, can significantly reduce the fire spread, and with the ventilation system can effectively enhance the fire visibility.
