摘要摘要摘要摘要本文重点研究谐波齿轮传动柔轮新齿形的参数化设计及谐波传动装置设计。针对谐波传动柔轮渐开线齿形承载能力低、啮合质量较差和弯曲疲劳强度不高等缺点 , 设计出柔轮圆弧 - 渐开线 - 圆弧型新齿形的谐波传动机构 , 这种齿形能有效地克服以上缺点。研究时先设计加工该柔轮齿形的滚齿刀具的基准齿形;然后再利用 MATLAB 设计一个图形用户界面程序来实现柔轮齿形的参数化设计 , 该程序功能有:输入柔轮参数得到对应刀具的基准齿形、柔轮齿形的范成加工仿真、根据齿廓法线法理论计算得到柔轮的理论齿形、加工齿形与理论齿形的对比分析;最后再对整个谐波齿轮传动装置进行设计 。 并 应用 A BQAUS 软件对谐波传动承载特性进行了分析,并对齿形与渐开线齿形在同样的承载情况下的节点应力、应变、扭转角等进行了对比分析,证明齿形相比渐开线齿形,其承载能力更大、柔轮变形和轮齿的应力更小。论文的研究为齿形的进一步深入研究和工程应用打下了基础 。 并应用 A BQAUS 软件对谐波传动承载特性进行了分析 , 并对齿形与渐开线齿形在同样的承载情况下的节点应力、应变、扭转角等进行了对比分析,证明齿形相比渐开线齿形,其承载能力更大、柔轮变形和轮齿的应力更小。论文的研究为齿形的进一步深入研究和工程应用打下了基础 。 并应用 A BQAUS 软件对谐波传动承载特性进行了分析,并对齿形与渐开线齿形在同样的承载情况下的节点应力、应变、扭转角等进行了对比分析,证明齿形相比渐开线齿形,其承载能力更大、柔轮变形和轮齿的应力更小。论文的研究为齿形的进一步深入研究和工程应用打下了基础。59956

Against the shortcomings of involutetooth profile of harmonic drive, such as low carrying capacity, poor quality of themeshing and weak bending fatigue strength, we designed a new circular arc - straightline - circular arc tooth profile for harmonic drive mechanism, which can effectivelyovercome the above shortcomings. For the study, we first designed the benchmarktooth profile of gear - hobbing cutting tools, which machining the tooth profile of aflexspline .And then used MATLAB to design a GUI program to realize the parametricdesign of the tooth profile of a flexspline .This program can achieve functions such asgenerating machining simulation of tooth profile of a flexspline , getting theoreticaltooth profile of a flexspline based on theoretical calculations of the normal method oftooth profile, comparative analysis of machining tooth profile and theoretical toothprofile ,when we input parameters of the flexspline. Finally, Using of ABQAUSsoftware of harmonic drive bearing characteristics are analyzed, and the tooth profileand involute tooth profile of node stress, strain and torsion Angle and so on in the samesituation has carried on the contrast analysis . P rove d that compared with involuteprofile, the bearing capacity is more big, soft wheel deformation and tooth stress aresmaller. Research papers of tooth profile and laid the foundation for engineeringapplications for further in-depth study .
