本文围绕“触针式液位检测系统软硬件设计”这一课题展开研究。在了解触针式液位检测原理的基础上,设计出一套完整的触针式液位检测系统。检测系统包括下位机硬件电路设计和软件设计。其中,下位机通过检测输出信号来获取触针的电容参数的变化,电机板检测硬件电路的输出数据来判断触针是否探入液体,从而决定是否进行试剂取样。61180
本设计完成了触针式液位检测系统的相关硬件设计和软件编写,并对各个模块进行调试,表明各模块性能稳定,工作正常。

Title The Hardware And Software Design of the Stylus Liquid Level Detection System
Abstract Detection control is a research hotspot in the field of process control, with the progress of science and technology and the development of manufacturing technology, higher requirements have been put forward in the process of medical equipment operation for all kinds of parameters testing, the development of modern liquid level detection devices are also becoming increasingly persified and large-scale.
This article is mainly around " The Hardware And Software Design of the Stylus Liquid Level Detection System" .Understanding the stylus level detection principle , design a complete stylus liquid level detection system. Detection system includes hardware circuit design and software design. Among them, the lower computer hardware circuit by detecting the output signal of the capacitive stylus for parameter changes, the motor output of the circuit board hardware detection stylus data to determine whether the probe is into the liquid , so as to determine whether start suction.
This design completed the hardware and software design of the stylus liquid level detection system, debugging for each module to indicate that the module perform stably and work properly.
