摘要本文详细地介绍了直流电机的结构、工作原理、PWM调速原理以及FPGA集成芯片。并对直流电机控制系统方案的组成、硬件电路设计、程序设计及系统仿真分别进行了详细的叙述。设计的直流电机控制装置具有调速范围宽、低功耗、可实现在线调试等特点。本系统是以FPGA为其控制核心,控制命令输入电路采用键盘输入方式,并采用有源晶振来构成时钟电路用以产生时钟信号。控制系统接收命令后直接向H型桥式驱动电路发出PWM控制信号。控制系统主要实现正反转、启停控制、速度可调功能。本设计已通过了实验仿真。61611

Title Control system design for DC motor based on FPGA
Abstract This paper introduces clearly the construction and the principle of DC Motor and the principle of the Speed Control based on PWM and integrated FPGA chip. And the DC motor speed control system composition, hardware circuit design, program design and system simulation are described in detail. The device of DC Motor speed control system being invented has the follow characteristics : wide speed control range, low power consumption, debugging on line and so on .The control center of the system is the FPGA, and the input circuit delivers the orders to the FPGA over the keyboard as its input method ,and system uses oscillator clock to generate a clock signal. when the FPGA receives the orders,it sends the PWM signal to the H board bridge drive circuit The control system is mainly to achieve positive inversion, start-stop control, speed adjustable function. The design has been verified on the experimental simulation and the program is debugged successfully.
