摘要本文研究了一种基于Buck变换器的高频链多电平逆变器。该逆变器由直流电源、半桥五电平逆变器、高频变压器、周波变换器、滤波器和输出交流负载组成,可实现两级功率变换和双向功率流,将直流电源与交流负载高频电气隔离,具有输出电压频谱特性好、功率密度高、开关器件的电压应力低等优点。61707
本文首先对多电平逆变器的国内外的发展与现状进行了概述,然后推导出基于Buck变换器的高频链多电平逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理,并对其控制方式进行分析,最后利用Saber软件进行仿真验证。

Title Research on High-Frequency Multilevel Inverter Based on Buck Converter
Abstract In this paper, a kind of high-frequency multilevel inverter is proposed on the basis of buck converter. The inverter consists of a DC voltage source, a five-level half-bridge inverter, a high-frequency transformer, a frequency converter, a filter and an AC load. It can realize two levels of power transformation as well as bidirectional power flow. Also, it can isolate the DC power supply and AC load high frequency electrically. In this way, this inverter has good frequency spectrum characteristics of output voltage, high power density, and low voltage stress of switching devices.
This paper first gives an introduction of the development of multilevel inverters both in and abroad. Then the topology and operating principle of a high-frequency multilevel inverter based on Buck converter is presented. Later it analyses the control method of the inverter and finishes the simulation in the end.
