摘要: 本文讲述了基于STC89C52单片机的温度控制,详细介绍了温度控制器的基本硬件结构,设计了温度控制器的电原理图,以DS18B20作为温度传感器对地铁车厢温度进行多点实时温度采集,然后采用数字计算方法得到车厢温度,并由液晶显示器对各点温度实时显示,根据车厢设定的温度范围对采集到温度数据进行计算,判断是否需要温度控制及报警处理。使用了proteus仿真软件,将电路原理图进行仿真,并完成调试,得到满意结果。该温度控制器具有通信接口,可以对整列地铁车厢温度控制器进行联网。62030

Design of temperature control of subway train based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract: This paper describes the control based on STC89C52 temperature, detailing the basic hardware structure of the temperature controller, temperature controller of the electric principle diagram is designed, with DS18B20 as the temperature sensor on the subway cars temperature for real-time multi-point temperature acquisition, then the digital calculation method to get the temperature inside, and by the liquid crystal display of the real-time display of temperature, according to the carriage set temperature range to collect the temperature data are calculated, determine the need for temperature control and alarm processing. Proteus simulation software is used to simulate the circuit schematic and complete the debugging, and get the satisfactory results. The temperature controller has a communication interface, and can be connected with the temperature controller of the whole train.
