摘要尽管通信系统在不断地演变和进步,电话通信仍然是人们之间沟通最简单最方便的方式。特别是体现在商业上,一般来说有许多商业交易的细节都需要通过电话来沟通和确认,以避免误解、忘记甚至是欺骗等情况的发生。电话录音设备在很多行业上的作用是十分重要的。虽然有很多人认为电话录音设备是一种窃听的工具,并持有负面的观点。事实上,当我们把电话录音监控系统与一个强大的客户关系管理软件相结合时,不仅可以同时进行记录多通道的语音通话、监控和查询,还可以极其方便地进行业务管理和客户信息管理,加强客户服务人员的应对技巧,有效的提升客户的满意度。64378
本课题主要通过了解电话录音的原理,首先利用Access设计了一个存放声音数据的数据库来管理录音数据。然后,利用VB设计了一个录音程序,程序实现录音、自动将数据存入数据库的功能。并且可以通过录音时间,对保存的录音文件进行查询,且可以播放录音文件。

The main subject is understands the principles of telephone recording, firstly, use Access to store the sound design of a database to manage recorded data. Then, using VB designed a sound recording program, program can achieve recording function, store recording data in the database. And
