摘要:近年来LDO线性稳压器由于其电路结构的简单,占用芯片面积小,等优点占据着电源管理IC市场的一席之地。对于LDO线性稳压器来说,运算放大器直接影响着LDO的性能。本文针对LDO线性稳压设计了一个二级运算放大器,根据LDO所要达到的精度理论推导出CMOS运算放大器的各项指标,总功耗,开环增益,单位增益带宽等。然后通过Hspice模拟出二级CMOS运算放大器的电路,再通过Hspice进行幅频响应以及相频响应仿真,仿真结果显示,本次设计的两级运放增益为87dB,增益带宽积大于2MHz,该结果可以满足LDO输出0.01%的精度。68392

Abstract:In recent years,the LDO linear regulator has the advantages of the simple structure,the occupied chip area,and the other advantages of the IC market. For the LDO linear regulator,the operational amplifiers directly affect the performance of LDO.This thesis has designed a two-stage operational amplifier for LDO linear regulator,each index of the CMOS operational amplifier according to the LDO to achieve the accuracy of the theoretical derivation and the total power consumption,open loop gain,unit gain bandwidth.Then by HSPICE simulated two-stage CMOS operational amplifier circuit,through HSPICE amplitude frequency response and phase frequency response simulation,simulation results show that, the design of two-stage op amp gain 87db,gain bandwidth product is greater than 2MHz.The results can meet the precision of the LDO output is 0.01%.
