摘要随着红外技术的发展,红外技术的应用领域越来越多的。本文设计了一个基于红外技术的无线数据传输系统,主要应用于解决住宅小区的热量表的快速抄表问题,也可以应用于其他的需要非接触式数据传输的场合。68299
本文主要工作包括三个方面,1、根据热量表的应用特点和非接触式红外抄表要求,分别设计了热量表和抄表仪的红外数据传输电路;2、设计了以MSP430为主控芯片的抄表仪主机电路;3、为保证数据传输的准确、可靠,并根据热量表受能量限制其红外传输信号比较微弱的特点,研究、设计了十进制的通信协议。
本文设计的基于红外技术的无线数据读取与传输系统,可以实现热量表与抄表仪之间的双向信号、数据传输,操作简单,工作可靠,功耗低,可存储10000组抄表数据(包括表号与热量表计量数据),系统还可以通过USB接口与上位机上传抄表数据,能够较好满足热量表的快速抄表的需求。

Title Wireless data reading and transmission system based on infrared technology
Abstract
With the development of infrared technology, infrared technology are used in more and more areas. In this paper, a wireless data transmission system based on infrared technology is designed,mainly used in rapid residential energy meters reading problems ,can also be applied to other occasions where need the non-contact, real-time data transmission .
This paper mainly includes three aspects, first, according to the characteristics of the application of energy meters and requirements of non-contact infrared meter reading, infrared data transmission circuits of energy meters and reading meter were designed ; second, the meter reading instrument host circuit that makes MSP430 as control chip was designed; third, in order to ensure accuracy and reliability of data transmission, and because of limited energy, infrared transmission signal is weak, I study and design decimal communication protocol .
The article designs wireless data transmission and reading system that is based on infrared technology ,and the system can achieve bidirectional signals between energy meters and meter reading instrument, data transmission, simplicity of operator , reliable work, low-power, store 10,000 sets of meter data (including the table number and measured data of energy meters), the system can also upload meter data with the host compute via the USB interface, can better meet the needs of the fast reading of energy meters .
