摘要文章源于企业委托的实际工程设计课题,主要解决整块太阳能板的掰片和长 条太阳能板的掰片的问题。以自动掰片机为研究对象,探讨玻璃掰片机机械系统、 动力系统和控制系统的实现方案。68537
本文分离材料的方法基于断裂设计理论,其核心思想是在适当的敏感应力状 态下,为材料主动制造缺陷,使切口尖端的裂纹扩展,从而实现固体材料连续界 面的快速和规则分离。与传统掰断方法相比,该方法具有效率高、能耗低、成品 率高优点。
本课题设计的自动掰片机不但适用于太阳能板,还适用于其他理化属性相似 的脆性材料。本课题与小组其他成员课题一起组成太阳能板加工的整个加工过程, 包括划线、点焊、检测、搬送、掰断、控制等关节。

Abstract

Design of this project breaking machine automatically applies not only to solar panels, is also applicable to other similar physical and chemical properties of brittle materials. The whole process of this topic with other members of the task team consisting of solar panels working together, including the dash, spot welding, testing, transporting, snapping, and control joints.
