    摘要:碳化硅网眼多孔陶瓷具有一系列优异性能,已被广泛应用于冶金、化工、环保、能源、生物等领域。本论文采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备碳化硅网眼多孔陶瓷,研究了 pH值、分散剂、流变剂和固相含量等因素对水基浆料流动性、触变性和稳定性的影响,并对其作用机理进行了分析。研究结果表明:浆料的粘度受 pH值的影响最为显著,当 pH值约为10、分散剂用量为0.08%、固含量为68.0wt.%时,浆料流动性和稳定均较好,且具有一定的触变性,适合用来一次挂浆;碳化硅水基浆料的粘度随固含量增大而增大,随剪切速率增加而减小,且具有明显的时间依附性。烧结工艺对样品的性能产生重要的影响,烧成温度和保温时间对烧结也有很大影响,烧成制品的化学成分随烧成温度的不同而不同。 关键词:网眼碳化硅陶瓷;有机泡沫浸渍工艺;浆料性能;粘度;烧结工艺7264
      Study of the Properties of SiC Slurry and Sintering of Porous Ceramics
    Abstract:  The SiC reticulated ceramics can be used in the field of metallurgy,  chemical
    industry, environment protection, energy, biology, etc, owing to a series of excellent properties.
    The SiC reticulated ceramics were prepared by impregnation with organic foam mesh.  The
    effects of the pH value, dispersing  agents, rheology agents, and solid content on water-based
    slurry flow,  thixotropy and stability  impact resistance were studied.  Its mechanism of action
    was analyzed. The results show that, the influence of pH value on the viscosity of the slurry is
    most significant. When the pH value is about 10, the amount of dispersing agent 0.08%, solid
    content 68.0wt.%, the flow ability and stability of the slurry were good. The slurry has a certain
    thixotropy and it is suitable for once linked to pulp. SiC viscosity increases with the increasing
    water-based slurry solids content, and decreases with increasing shear rate, and has significant
    time dependence.  Sintering process has an important influence on the performance of the
    sample, firing temperature and holding time also has a great influence on the sintering. The
    chemical composition of fired products varies with firing temperatures.
