摘要:文中使用羟乙基双酚A,富马酸,1,2丙二醇及对苯二酚作为原料,使用熔融聚合的方法合成了一种新的激光打印复印用树脂。目的在于制备一种满足低温定影能力的高档墨粉用树脂。通过分子量、熔融指数、DMA、XRD、DTA等测试方法将自制聚酯与进口聚酯进行性能上的比较。结果表明自制聚酯在分子量,熔融指数以及软化点上略低于进口聚酯,但在结晶度,熔点,玻璃化转变温度上都要高于进口聚酯。70099

Synthesis and properties of novel resins for laser printing and copying
Abstract:In this paper, hydroxyethyl bisphenol A, fumaric acid, 1,2, propylene glycol and hydroquinone were used as raw materials to synthesize a new kind of resin for laser printing and copying by melt polymerization.The aim is to prepare a kind of resin for high-grade toner that meets the low temperature fusing ability.By means of testing methods such as melting index, DMA, XRD and DTA, the properties of self-made polyester and imported polyester were compared.The results showed that the molecular weight, melting index and softening point of polyester resin were slightly lower than that of imported polyester, but the crystallinity, melting point and glass transition temperature were higher than that of imported polyester.
