    General Information Of Design:The design of architecture is Shanghai Jinqiao mansion. The building is located in Shanghai, the project was the commercial building air conditioning engineering design, total construction area of 20124 square meters, the building is about 16.5meters high, three layers, the first and the second layer, 5.4 meters, have the shops, air conditioning room, toilet and hall, three layers of high 5.7 meters for the roof layer has a refrigeration room, rooms, transformer room, cooling tower water treatment, etc. I strive to use domestic and foreign latest technology, to design the most comfortable, the most energy efficient buildings.
    The task is to finish the design of Shanghai Jinqiao mansion air-conditioning design.  Through this project design, student learn master the design method of the master air conditioning system and design steps; Get the inability of analyzing of question, solving the problem of practical engineering application; Understand of the air conditioning systems engineering knowledge and understanding of memory; Master air duct, water pipes, equipment selection and decorate; Master the calculation of duct and water pipes; Enhanced graphics ability; Train analysis, problem solving practical engineering application ability, Make the foundation of the reliable work for the future in indoor environment equipment engineering and public buildings the HVAC design, construction and operation management.
    According to the Building nature, purpose and requirements of the construction,  we make the planning of the building as follows:
    ⑴    load calculation.
    ⑵ air conditioning wind system design: according to the actual situation of the construction of the system to choose a suitable.
    ⑵     cold and heat source equipment design(select appropriate cold or heat source equipment, cooling water pump, frozen water pump, fresh air units ,device design calculation, and determine equipment installation position and piping layout).
    ⑷ the calculation of air-conditioning Selection: including the choice of fan coil, air conditioning units and air units of the new calculation Selection.
    ⑸ air conditioning water systems and wind systems design and calculation: including water piping system design, fan coil units and air-conditioning layout.
    According to the diagram given room number building conditions to determine the load of each room type, room size, window size, envelope heat transfer coefficient, toward the room, the heat transfer area, outdoor weather conditions, interior design parameters. Excel table to the room with the hourly load of statistics calculated, appear to determine the maximum load and maximum load value of time. According to energy conservation design standards, combined with calculation software, cooling coefficient method used throughout the hotel on the hourly cooling load calculations. After calculated, the total cooling load of the hotel as 1718.5KW, maximum load moment in the evening 18:00.
    This time we choose the fan-coil unit plus fresh air system. At present, in our country the requirements of central air conditioning is generally only 20m3/ h, some even lower, a lot of central air conditioning which fresh air volume in very low has been selling used; secondly, requirements for foreign central air conditioning's air filtering of high requirements , such as the Japanese mandatory requirements in effect filter, if it cannot reach ,it will be severely punished. Our country to the central air conditioning only use simple screen pack, many central air conditioner filter can not reach even inefficient all, there is no punishment; Third, the central air conditioning wind overseas for demanding, and is mandatory, domestic generally no this requirement; Finally, foreign central air conditioning with common air humidifying equipment, domestic central air conditioning seldom see air humidifying equipment, and few enterprise active installed air humidifying equipment. As a commercial building, the ventilation requirements are relatively high, so to make full use of the outdoor fresh air. The area of the building is bigger, air handling system, the burden of air conditioning area is larger. The design of the room mostly for the shops, room area is not large, but are independent, the comprehensive consideration of the entire air system and fan coil plus fresh air system of the advantages and disadvantages, choose the fan-coil unit plus fresh air system. When the shop is not a full load operation, it can realize independent air conditioning temperature adjustment, flexibility, good effect in energy saving.
