摘要:随着建筑业管理体制的深化改革,工程项目施工管理越来越受到人们的关注,其管理能力的高低成为决定企业生存与发展的第一要素,而质量、进度、成本控制是其中至关重要的管理要素。本文以南京工程高等职业技术学院行政楼为实例,结合图纸和其他实际情况,详细设计了项目的各分部分项工程施工方案。编制时充分考虑了项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素,运用工程施工的基本理论知识,对项目从开工准备到施工过程进行了系统的进度规划设计,运用横道图和网络图对规划进行了分析,并依据实际情况提出具体的保证计划持续实施的措施;在质量和安全方面,制定了严格的技术、组织计划,在施工项目中常见问题和重点问题上进行了有效的防护措施,建立管理组织机构,保证质量与安全计划发挥最大效益。53966

Abstract: With the reform of the construction industry management system, engineering project construction management is more and more attention, The management ability becomes the first factor to determine the survival and development of enterprises, and the quality, schedule, cost control is one of the crucial elements of management. In this paper, taking Nanjing engineering higher administrative building of Career Technical College as an example, according to drawings and other conditions, the detailed design of the project sub part of the project construction program. The organization of project management, the overall deployment, construction preparation, construction method, the main part of the project quality assurance measures, safety and civilized construction measures, construction site management measures and other factors considered when compiling. The basic theoretical knowledge of engineering construction, the project to the construction process of schedule planning system from start to prepare, apply the Gantt chart and network diagram to analyze the planning, according to the actual situation puts forward the concrete assurance plan and sustained implementation of the measures; in quality and safety, the establishment of technical, organizational strict plan, the effective protective measures in the common problems in construction projects and key issues, the establishment of management organization, ensure the quality and safety programs to achieve maximum efficiency.
