摘要：随着我国老龄人口的不断增长，老年家庭逐渐空巢化，城市老年人口的居家养老问题成为政府和社会组织做好社会保障工作的普遍压力，传统的社会养老服务体系如何满足老年人口日益增长的居家养老需求也成为了新时期城市居民社会保障工作的重点。伴随着经济社会发展、家庭结构变化以及传统道德观念的更新，传统的家庭养老模式滞后于形势变化，针对社会人口老龄化带来的刚性服务需求，必须建立充分满足老年人物质需求和精神需求的居家养老服务体系，提升其幸福指数。21522

从城市老年人口对居家养老服务的需求特点看，他们由于个体差异，对文体娱乐、家庭护理、精神慰藉以及家政服务、生活照料、医疗康复、舒缓疗护等都有不同的需求，由于中国公共服务发展的相对滞后和相关的配套设施严重不足，我国老年人口的养老需求尚无法得到全面满足。
本文谨以居家养老相关概念为基础，结合本市居家养老服务现状和机构供给情况，对城市老年人口需求特点进行分析，在借鉴国外相关制度、经验后，对居家养老服务体系应当如何从政府和老年群体自身两方面进行优化改革提出一些基本思路和对策，权作启示。

Urban Elderly Population’s Demands of Home Care and trends in Research
Abstract:With the continuous growth of China's aging population , the family gradually empty nest elderly , home care of the elderly population became urban government and social organizations generally make social security work pressure , the traditional system of social services on how to meet the growing elderly population demand for home care has become the focus of the new era of urban residents social security work . Along with economic and social development , changes in family structure and updating traditional moral concepts, traditional family pension mode lags behind the changes in the situation , for the rigid social service needs of an aging population , the elderly must be built to fully meet the material needs and spiritual needs home care service system , improve its happiness index.
From the demand characteristics of urban elderly population looking for home care services , they are due to inpidual differences, sports and entertainment , home care, solace and housekeeping services , life care , medical rehabilitation , and palliative care to relieve others have different needs, due to the Chinese public service development is lagging behind and a serious shortage of related facilities , pension needs of the elderly population is not yet fully satisfied.
This paper would like to concepts based home care , home care services combined with city status and institutional supply situation , the demand characteristics of the urban elderly population analyzed from abroad after the relevant systems experience, the home care service system from the government and how it should be two older age groups to optimize their reforms put forward some basic ideas and measures , the right for inspiration.
