摘要：随着人口老龄化和现代社会对养老服务需求的不断增加，养老时间储蓄作为社区养老的一种衍生模式因其互助性、社会参与性等优点受到了老龄工作者和社会各界的广泛关注。本文就上海浦东东明街道金禾等小区的养老志愿者结对项目为例，通过调查问卷和实地走访相结合的调研方法对结对项目的志愿者和老人进行调查研究。从中浅析养老时间储蓄在上海基层运行情况和普遍问题。现阶段项目在志愿者年龄跨度窄、服务专业程度一般、统一制度匮乏等方面都仍有不足之处。因此本文在肯定时间储蓄的优越发展前景和相关意义案例的同时更着重阐述现阶段老年人养老的主要需求，以及社区应该如何开展养老时间储蓄项目和遇到的一系列问题及解决建议。34436

Abstract：With the increasing demand for pension services of modern society,time-saving of supporting the aged as a derivative model of Community endowment workers received wide attention on aging and the community because their solidarity, social participation and so on.In this paper, to Shanghai PuDong street DongMing community’s endowment volunteers twinning projects as an example.Through the method combination of questionnaires and field visits to investigate twinning project volunteers and the elderly.Analysis of the time-saving of supporting the aged’s common problems and operation in shanghai.Now narrow age range of the volunteers, the professional level, the lack of a unified system, are still inadequate.So based on the favorable prospects definitely time-saving of supporting the aged and relevance of cases but also focuses on the main stage of the Aged demand, and how the community should carry out pension time savings programs and a series of problems encountered and solutions recommendations.

（一） 研究目的
结合对东明社区中实施的养老志愿者结对的具体项目的调查和研究。对时间养老储蓄的基本概念和实施过程方法有一定的了解和认知、在养老时间储蓄实行的过程中发现问题，解决问题。并在此基础上思考养老时间储蓄的相关体系、结构的构建。进一步推进和改革社区养老时间储蓄实行和发展。
