摘要：近年来，随着我国经济社会的发展，家庭结构也随之发生了巨大的变化，空巢家庭在城市里已经很常见了，因此出现了数目惊人的城市空巢老人。空巢老人是一个有独特需要的群体，是人口老龄化和社会经济发展到一定程度的产物，并且呈快速增长的趋势。由于城市现代化发展等原因，城市空巢老人的出现更是占了很大部分，其一系列问题已引起国内外专家学者的高度重视。空巢老人的养老问题，就其实质而言，是老年人的需求与满足问题。对于空巢老人来说他们在养老过程中面临着不同的需求，其中不但涉及经济状况、日常生活的照料也涉及到精神慰藉等方面。本毕业论文从城市空巢老人养老服务现状出发，通过对城市空巢老人这一特殊群体进行一系列的实证调查来解析城市空巢老人在养老过程中的实际需要，对老人的需求状况、社会支持与心理健康的影响进行分析研究，找出目前存在的不足和问题，积极探讨对策，完善适合城市发展的、有效的、优质的空巢老人养老模式。66415

Title Researches on the Nursing Demands of Urban Empty Nesters
Abstract
In recent years, along with economic and social development of our country, the family structure has undergone great changes and empty nesters are very common in cities, accordingly an incredibly large number of empty nester appears. Empty nesters, as a special group with unique demands, are the product of social and economic development to a certain degree and reveal an increasingly rapid growth speed. Due to the reasons like urbanization and development, urban empty nesters take a larger proportion, the problems arising from which have received much attention from both domestic and foreign experts. The nursing problem of empty nester, essentially speaking, is the problem of how to meet the elders' demands. For empty nesters, they confront with different demands in the nursing process, including economic states, daily caring and spiritual comfort etc.. In this paper, proceeding from the nursing actuality of urban empty nesters, through empirical researches on urban empty nesters, the actual needs of urban empty nesters are demonstrated. Influential factors on the elders' demands, social support and psychological health as well as the existing deficiencies and problems are identified. By actively probing into the countermeasures, an efficient and high-quality nursing mode for empty nesters can be developed and consummated.
