摘要本文通过对徐州市同昌社区便利店经营状况的研究分析从价格、服务、商品种类、店面格局、等方面调查对便利店的发展有重要影响的因素。探究选址对便利店发展的重要影响,并且得出结论:便利店要想发展的好,首先,要认清楚自己所在的地位,分析市场的类型,给自己一个准确的定位。其次,随着现代物流体系的发展,一体化的运输配送成为市场竞争的一个重要因素,如何把握好物流,通过统一配送、统一采购来减少运输成本也是一个重要的发展途径。另外,社会在高速发展,创新永远是时代的主题,便利店要想永久的发展下去,也需要进行不断地创新,不仅仅是组织构造的创新,还包括企业文化、组织理念的创新。43402

Analysis and Research on development strategy of community convenience of TongChang store located in Xuzhou city and operating conditions
Abstract
Through the study of convenience stores of Tongchang community in Xuzhou City ,this article analyzes the operating conditions from the price, service, product types, store patternto investigate the important influence factors to convenience stores development. Exploring the impact of location on the development of convenience stores, and comes to the conclusion: to make the convenience stores better, they should recognize their status and analysis of the type of market to give an accurate positioning. what's more, with the development of modern logistics system, the integration of transportation and distribution becomes an important factor in the market competition, reducing transportation cost through the unified distribution and unified procurement is an important approach to development. Also, with social in the high-speed development; innovation is always the theme of the times, so the convenience stores need to continue to innovate in oder to exist permanently, in cluding the innovation of organizational structure、corporate culture 、organizational philosophy.
Finally, through the analysis and investigation, analyzing the problems existing in convenience store in Xuzhou City Tongchang community , proposes strategies from the display of goods, pricing and product category.
