摘要为了更好地改善硝仿肼(HNF)的某些性能,分别采用液相分离包覆技术和重结晶方法,以2%、3%、5%的聚乙烯醇、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、十二羟基硬脂酸和3%、4%、5%的TNT对HNF进行包覆,采用红外(FTIR),差式扫描量热法(DSC),热重法(TG)以及扫描电镜(SEM)对包覆前后样品进行了测试和表征。
结果表明,2%、3%、4%的聚乙烯醇、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯和3%、4%、5%的TNT包覆后的HNF的第二阶段的热分解峰温均略有提高,2%、3%、5%的十二羟基硬脂酸包覆后的HNF的第一阶段的热分解峰温有所提高;2%和4%的聚乙烯醇、3%和4%的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、3%的十二羟基硬脂酸、3%的TNT包覆后的HNF热分解残渣有不同的增加;SEM测试表明,单质HNF颗粒棱角分明,形状规整,包覆后的HNF颗粒形状不规则,且HNF颗粒表面被包覆剂包覆。21112

Title Research on modified of Hydrazinium Nitroformate by coated method
Abstract
In order to improve some properties of HNF, HNF was coated with 2%, 3% and 5% of polyvinyl alcohol, pentaerythritol stearic acid ester, 12-hydroxystearic acid and 3%, 4% and 5% of TNT by use of coating technology of liquid phase separation and recrystallization. Then uncoated and coated HNF were characterized by infrared spectrometer (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) .
The results show that the thermal decomposition peak temperature of the second stage of coated HNF increased, which was coated with 2%, 3%, 4% of polyvinyl alcohol and pentaerythritol stearic acid ester and 3%, 4% and 5% of TNT. Meanwhile, the thermal decomposition peak temperature of the first stage of HNF coated with 2%, 3% and 5% of 12-hydroxystearic acid raised slightly. In addition, the amount of decomposition residue of coated HNF rises more or less, which was coated with 2% and 4% of polyvinyl alcohol, 3% and 4% of pentaerythritol stearic acid ester, 3% of 12-hydroxystearic acid, and 3% of TNT. The result of SEM demonstrated that neat HNF was well-shaped, while the particle shape of coated HNF was irregular, and surface of HNF was coated with above coated agents.
