摘要幼儿教师职业倦怠是指幼儿教师无法应对持久的工作压力所产生的一系列极端的生理、心理的综合反应,并伴有行为、态度和情感的衰退状况。据研究显示,徐州市机关幼儿园教师职业倦怠状况较低,但其个人成就感降低现象十分严重。并且随着教龄的增长,年龄、学历的升高,其情绪衰竭、非人性化以及个人成就感降低现象都有所提升。提高教师福利待遇和社会地位、保障幼儿在园安全,减少教师工作压力、建立合理的评价制度、对教师给予理解和宽容、正确面对幼儿园安全事故以及合理看待职业倦怠问题是解决幼儿教师职业倦怠的有效措施。51378

Research on Kindergarten Teachers' Job Burnout——In Xuzhou city kindergarten as an example
Abstract
Job burnout of preschool teachers is refers to the kindergarten teachers could not cope with the long-term work pressure generated by a comprehensive reflection of a series of extreme physical and psychological, and accompanied by behavior, attitude and emotional state of decay. Research shows, Xuzhou Municipal Kindergarten teachers have lower burnout phenomenon, but the inpidual achievement sense to reduce the phenomenon is very serious. And increased with the growth of seniority, age, education, the emotional exhaustion, non sexual and personal achievement sense to reduce the phenomenon has increased. To improve teachers' benefits and social status, the full protection of children in park safety, reduce work pressure of teachers, to establish a reasonable evaluation system, the teachers give understanding and tolerance, right in the face of kindergarten accidents, positive view of job burnout problem is to solve the effective measures for job burnout of Preschool Teachers.

前言《纲要》中指出:“幼儿园教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,是我国学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段” 。在提倡教育优先发展的时代,人们日益重视教师的成长与发展,师资质量和教育质量的提高成了学前教育发展的重要标志。幼儿教师是幼儿一日生活的支持者、组织者、引导者,是幼儿社会沟通的中介,在幼儿的身心发展中起着举足轻重的作用。职业倦怠作为影响幼儿教师工作心态的一种消极因素,也越来越受到社会群体的重视。对徐州市机关幼儿园教师的职业倦怠状况进行调查和研究, 目的是了解被研究园所教师的职业倦怠程度以及形成的原因,并提出相应的应对策略,这不仅对于提高幼儿教师的自我效能感、实现内在的生命价值,而且对于提高教育教学质量、建设高素质的幼儿教师队伍都具有重要的意义。
