摘 要:高师院校、学生和幼儿园应当清楚认识到培养学前教育学生专业能力的必要性,然而当前高师院校、学生和幼儿园在培养学生专业能力方面仍存在一些问题。本文从高师院校、学生和幼儿园三个层面提出培养学前教育学生专业能力的对策:高校应当构建以实践取向的课程体系,深化教学方法改革,注重实践多样性和建立有效的能力评价体系。学生应当提高自我培养的意识,制定合理的学习计划,积极进行自我反思。幼儿园应当增加实践机会,强化专业指导。58848

Abstract: Colleges, students and kindergartens should clearly recognize the need of
cultivating the professional ability of preschool educational students, but the current colleges, students and kindergartens still have some problems in cultivating the professional ability of students. The paper puts forward countermeasures about cultivating the professional ability of preschool educational students from the three levels of colleges, students and kindergartens: Colleges should construct a practice oriented curriculum system, deepen the reform of teaching methods, pay attention to the practice of persity and establish the effective evaluation system of ability. Students should enhance the awareness of training themselves, make a reasonable plan of study and actively reflect themselves. Kindergarten should add opportunities of practice and intensify professional guidance.
