摘要：宁波作为推动浙江地区经济发展的主体，从其经济结构来看，外贸业务占据宁波经济业务的绝大比重，2015年宁波外贸依存度高达157. 11%。就宁波的外向型经济而言，外企对于该地区经济的发展起着至关重要的作用，这几年中，整个地区的外向型企业比重高达99%，外向型业务的年交易规模约3000亿元，占据整个地区外向型贸易总额比重的80%，货物出口年增长速度约为8%。由此可知，对宁波地区的外向型企业进行体制变革具有十分重要的作用。在后金融危机时期，国内外的贸易环境更加复杂，宁波地区外向型企业的发展也受到了诸多限制，产业转型升级已经成为外向型企业变革的必然趋势。基于此，宁波地区的外向型企业应该重点思考如何优化自身的产业结构、增强盈利能力等问题。

本文立足于宁波外向型企业的实际发展概况，通过具体分析调研，围绕整个行业的价值链维度，以问卷调查和实地调研模式，综合研究了宁波地区外向型企业转型升级所面临的阻碍，并结合宁波余通电器有限公司的实际发展概况，总结了该企业在整个价值链领域转型升级的经验教训。最后，立足宁波地区外向型企业价值链以及其本质特征，从企业与政府这两个维度综合分析了我国外向型企业变革发展的途径，为外向型企业的改革指明了方向。42068

Export-oriented enterprises play an important role in the economy's foreign trade in Ningbo, in the past few years, Export-oriented enterprises account for about 99.7% of the city's above-scale enterprises in Ningbo, the annual export delivery value of 200 billion yuan, accounting for the city's exports cross has remained at about 80% the value of the proportion of the export growth rate is maintained at more than 8% of the annual average. Therefore Ningbo export-oriented Export-oriented enterprises for regional economic development is of great significance .Post-financial crisis era, changes in the domestic and international economic environment led to the development of export-oriented Export-oriented enterprises in Ningbo suffers ,corporate restructuring and upgrading growing louder and louder. Based on the above economic background, it is clear how Ningbo export-oriented Export-oriented enterprises to enhance profitability, how out of the encounter dilemma is the subject of an important reality in front of us.

Finally, according to ningbo export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprise value chain of the industry status and its enterprise internal essence characteristics, from the enterprise and national government different perspective look for suitable for ningbo export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprise transformation and upgrade path, based on the value chain to Ningbo export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprise of the transformation and upgrade of countermeasures, in order to help enterprise success out or better development.
