本文在南京市当前小户型商品房市场进行分析的基础上，结合南京市历年小户型商品房的供需状况、房价走势，对小户型商品房市场的热点板块分布进行分析，分析南京市未来小户型市场量价情况的发展走势。其次对小户型商品房的需求者进行分类并分析投资小户型商品房的优势与劣势。最后，通过小户型住宅市场的现状分析，对小户型商品房的可持续发展提出战略性的意见和建议。通过以上的分析研究，希望对南京市小户型商品房市场的发展有所裨益。

This article on the current small apartments market in Nanjing city were analysis based on, combined with the Nanjing City small apartments supply and demand, price trend, the small apartments market hot plate distribution analysis, analysis of Nanjing city future small apartments market volume and price trend. Secondly, the small apartments needs of the classification and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of small apartments.Finally, through the current situation of the small apartments market,put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of small apartments .
