摘要：中国与中东欧16国存在着很大的贸易潜力。无论是在日用品，机械、电子、电信、化工、印刷、农业、汽车、物流、食品还是新能源，水利电站等基础设施建设方面，都有极大的合作空间。国家高层领导人频频出访这一地区的国家，并签署了一系列自贸协议。因为这些国家处于陆上丝绸之路的重要节点，与传统西欧强国有所不同的是，中国与这些国家的双边贸易额依旧处于较低的水平，所以在一些领域存在很大合作潜能，这一地区很可能成为中国对外贸易的一个新的增长点。一带一路背景下，为了让中国资本走出去，释放国内的过剩产能，扩大中国的国际影响力解决地缘政治问题，为营造良好国际环境，中国需要与这一地区的国家保持良好的关系。而保持良好关系的关键就是有着稳定的贸易往来。经济基础决定上层建筑，唯有深入研究中国与中东欧国家贸易潜力，找出其中重点合作的方向，才能让中国在未来越来越激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。突破传统，迎接创新。所以本文决定研究这一背景下中国与中东欧贸易，是为了让中国过剩的产能和充裕的资本找到可以释放的出口，扩大贸易规模，以出口拉动内需，进口弥补不足。这一地区的贸易合作机会多，贸易发展潜力大。发展好这一地区的贸易有助于互利共赢，巩固传统友谊。70706

Under the background of one belt and one road China and central eastern European countries trade potential problems research
Abstract: China and the 16 countries of central and Eastern Europe have great potential for trade. Whether it is in daily necessities, machinery, electronics, telecommunications, chemicals, printing, agriculture, automobiles, logistics, food or new energy, water conservancy, power plants and other infrastructure construction, there is great room for cooperation. The country's top leaders visited countries in the region frequently and signed a series of free trade agreements. Because these countries are an important node in the Silk Road, and the traditional Western powers is different, China bilateral trade with these countries is still at a low level, so there is a great potential of cooperation in some areas, this area is likely to become a new growth point Chinese on foreign trade. The Belt and Road background, in order to make Chinese capital to go home, the release of excess capacity, expand the international influence of Chinese solve geopolitical issues, to create a favorable international environment, China need to maintain good relations with the countries of the region. The key to a good relationship is steady trade. The economic base determines the superstructure, only in-depth study of China and central and East European countries trade potential, to find out the key directions of cooperation, in order to make Chinese in an invincible position in the future more and more fierce international competition. Break through tradition and meet innovation. So we decided to study the background of China and East European trade, in order to make China excess capacity and abundant capital can find the release of the export trade scale, exports to stimulate domestic demand, imports to make up for lack of. There are many opportunities for trade cooperation in this region and the potential for trade development is great. Developing trade in this region will help to achieve mutual benefit and consolidate traditional friendship.
