    The design of the company's personnel management system
    Abstract: The stand or fall of personnel management implementation is related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises. The traditional personnel management, cumbersome and inefficient, for enterprises and institutions of the personnel management department, is very need a convenient operation, functional and practical, can satisfy the demand for employee information management and the enterprise system.
    Company personnel management system development is aimed at the personnel department of a large number of business processing by computer to conduct a comprehensive modernization management. Mainly includes the staff basic information management, the corporate sector, salary management, and the attendance management from several aspects such as function, convenient for user input, query, statistic related statements of the business requirements.
