    摘要：近几年来，随着计算机技术的日益更新，计算机成为人们生活中学习与娱乐必不可少的一部分。为了满足人们的需求，以及网吧盈利的驱使下，许多网吧都纷纷对外开放，实行计时收费。但随着上机人数的增多，传统的网吧计费不但繁琐极易出差错，而且造成了人力物力的浪费。随着计算机科学技术的发展，收费管理工作可以通过计算机就可以很方便的实现，为了避免人力物力的浪费，增加网吧的开放时间，提高设备的利用率，还有解决目前网吧管理中的人情免费上机、脱逃费问题。因此研究开发网吧管理系统具有可行的实际意义。本系统是基于客户/服务器模式开发的，主要包括后台数据库的建立和文护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。该系统的任务是方便，灵活的管理网吧的各项信息。服务器端包括对每台电脑配置管理、会员用户管理、上机记录的查询等功能。客户端实现了用户登录、密码修改、结账下机的功能，方便用户自主进行上网消费，自动化能力强。35675

    Abstract: In recent years, with the growing of computer technology updates, computer become an indispensable part of people life and entertainment. In order to meet the needs and interests of the people, under the drive of many Internet cafes are open to the public, a subscription. But along with the increase in the number of computer, artificial billing is not only easy to make mistakes, red and causes the waste of resources. With the development of computer science and technology, can through the computer can easily charge management implementation, in order to avoid the waste of resources, increase the opening time Internet cafes, improve equipment utilization, and resolve the human free computer in the net cafe management, escape problems. So the development of Internet cafe billing management system has the practical significance of the feasible.Internet cafe billing management system is a typical information management system, based on C / S mode of development. The system development include the establishment and maintenance of front-end applications and the development of two aspects of the background database. The task of the information system is convenient, flexible management of Internet cafes. Server-side includes for each computer configuration management, user management member, inquiries and other functions on the machine records. Client implements userlogin, password changes, check out the plane's capabilities, user-friendly Internet autonomous consumption, strong automation capabilities.
