基于网络的物业公司信息系统就是管理小区和物业公司，主要管理模块包括楼栋管理，意见管理，车位管理，住户管理，员工管理，设备管理，收费管理等，它实现了物业公司信息化、正规化和自动化管理。本系统选取了微软的C#语言和Microsoft Visual Studio软件，运用了B/S（浏览器/服务器）模式，在.NET平台上建立了三层结构。本系统的系统管理员在登录系统时可以对楼栋信息、员工信息以及住户信息进行增删，查询，修改，还拥有修改自己的帐号密码等功能。物业公司员工登录子系统的时候，可以对车位信息、设备信息、收费信息、意见信息进行增删以及修改。本文设计的物业公司管理系统对构成一个高效、方便的应用体系以协调物业员工、小区住户、系统管理员三者之间的关系有积极的意义。同时物业公司为了提高竞争力与世界接轨，公司管理正规化、信息化管理是重要条件。

Property company staff login subsystem, can charge for parking information, equipment, information, information, opinion to add or delete and modify. Property company management system designed in this paper to form a high efficient and convenient application system to coordinate property management staff, local residents, the relations between and among system administrators have positive significance. Property company in order to improve the competitiveness and the world at the same time, the company management standardization, informationization management is the important condition.
