    摘要随着计算机技术的飞速发展以及计算机在公司管理中应用的普及，人事管理系统成为现代企业不可或缺的一部分。本课题针对IT企业开发了人事管理系统，使IT企业的人事管理更加系统化、规范化、自动化，从而达到提高管理效率的目的。45237
    通过需求分析、可行性分析、总体设计、详细设计、系统实现和系统测试，本文设计实现了IT企业的人事管理系统。本系统运用Java、SQL Server2005等技术，结合计算机相关专业知识，在现有人事管理系统的基础上，以C/S架构进行开发。整个人事管理系统从操作简便、界面友好、实用安全的要求出发，完成了人事管理的全过程，包括新进员工入职时人事档案的建立、员工信息的修改查询、统计等人事管理工作以及工资奖惩、考勤评估等管理工作。

    Abstract
    With the popularity of the rapid development of computer technology, computer application in the management of the company, the personnel management system has become an integral part of modern business. The topic for the IT companies to develop a personnel management system, personnel management of enterprise IT more systematic, standardization, automation, so as to achieve the purpose of improving management efficiency.
    Through needs analysis, feasibility analysis, overall design, detailed design, system implementation and system testing, this paper presents the design and implementation of personnel management system of enterprise IT. The system uses Java, SQL Server2005 technology, combined with the knowledge of computer related professional, based on the existing personnel management system, developed based on C/S architecture. The entire management system from the point of view of simple operation, friendly interface, practical and safe request, completes the personnel management the entire process, including the establishment of new employee orientation, the personnel files of employee information modify the query, statistics and other personnel management and wage management, attendance assessment, rewards and punishment.

    在这个信息迅速膨胀的社会，各行各业所要管理、涉及的数据信息量越来越多、越来越大。以往，在企业中人们一直使用传统的人工方式管理文件信息，这种管理方式存在着许多如效率低、保密性差的缺点，而且时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据，这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。随着计算机技术的发展，企业人事管理系统应运而生，成为企业现代管理工作不可缺少的一部分，推动着公司人事管理走向科学化、规范化，它的内容对于企业单位的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要，所以人事管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。
