摘要随着互联网技术的不断发展，互联网已经成为人们获取知识和交流信息的重要渠道。网民可以在互联网上畅所欲言，不仅仅是发表自身的观点，还可以对网络上的热点话题进行评论，对某些具有影响力的言论和观点进行传播。网民大规模的关注和传播逐渐形成了网络舆论氛围。64302
网络舆情是一股非常强大的舆论力量，它集中反映了公众的基本观点和关注点，如果处理不当，则很可能引发群体性事件，甚至对社会公共安全造成威胁。因此，研究网络舆情的传播过程与规律则显得特别重要。
本文主要采用社会网络分析方法对N7N9禽流感事件从密度、中心性、群聚系数、结构洞等几个方面进行分析，总结出网络舆情传播的特性、传播要素的作用与规律。分析结果将有助于政府等相关部门正确引导网络舆情的传播。

Title Study of the Transmission Mechanism of Net-mediated Public Sentiment based on Social Network Analysis(SNA)
Abstract With the continuous development of Internet technology, the Internet has become an important way for people to acquire knowledge and exchange information. Netizen can speak freely on the Internet, not only to express their own view, but also comment on a hot topic on the Internet and spread some influential expression and opinion. Net-mediated public sentiment can be gradually formed by Large-scale attention and communication of the netizen.
Net-mediated public sentiment is a very powerful force of public opinion, its safe or not directly affect social stability, if there is no correct guidance, it may pose a threat to public security. Therefore, the study of the spread of net-mediated public sentiment is especially important.
This article adopt the method of social network analysis to analyze N7N9 avian flu incident in density, centrality, clustering coefficient, structural holes, and the characteristics of the spread of the net-mediated public sentiment were summarized. The results of the analysis will help the Government and other relevant departments to guide the healthy development of the public opinion.
