毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要 悬架与转向系统是赛车上的重要总成,与操纵性之间有着密切的关系,所以悬架及转向系统的结构设计与仿真优化是赛车设计的重要组成部分。其中,悬架设计尤为重要,理想悬架能够使赛车的动力性能、制动性能以及转向性能同时得以充分体现。本文以南京理工大学 NUT 车队赛车的悬架及转向系统为研究对象,进行了大量理论分析与仿真研究工作。
在确定了悬架布置形式后,完成了悬架的总体设计。参考国内外车队经验以及赛车设计原理,对悬架参数进行了选择、计算,如车轮定位参数选择、偏频选取、刚度计算、阻尼计算等。在此基础上,设计了悬架主要零部件结构。另外,6613
完成了转向系统结构方案的选择以及转向梯形的设计。
采用多体系统动力学理论和方法,利用 ADAMS/Car 模块建立了赛车前后悬架及转向系统仿真模型,进行了仿真分析。根据汽车理论与汽车动力学知识,详细分析了仿真结果。仿真结果表明,车轮外倾角、主销内倾角、轮距需要优化。
在 ADAMS/Insight 模块中,将上述 3 个参数作为目标变量,对前后悬架进行了优化,对比了优化前后的悬架性能。对比结果表明,优化后的悬架性能得到了提升。
整个研究工作以汽车产品的产品虚拟分析为核心,初步实现了对 FSAE赛车悬架与转向系统性能的仿真分析,获得了FSAE赛车的运动学及弹性运动学规律,为FSAE赛车的改进与设计提供了参考。

Abstract
Suspension and steering system play very important roles in racing cars,
and car performance mainly depends on them. So suspension & steering system
structural design and simulation is very important for the total design
of a race car. Ideal suspension can also make car performance, braking
performance and steering capability better, so suspension design is
particularly important. The research targets of this paper are the
suspension and steering system of FSAE racing car designed by Nanjing
University of science and technology FSAE racing team-NUT. In this paper,
a lot of theoretical analysis and simulation research is carried out.
Firstly it selects suspension type. Then it discusses the overall
design of suspension. Suspension parameters design, which contains
orientation parameter selection, partial frequency selection, stiffness
calculation, damping coefficient calculation and so on, is carried out
according to the domestic and foreign design experience. Based on the
results of parameter design, parts design is carried out. Then it discusses
the steering system structural concept and Ackerman steering.
Adopting the theory of multi-body system dynamics, suspension and
steering system virtual model is established by ADAMS/Car software. Then
simulation analysis is done and detailed analysis of simulation results
is carried out to identify some unreasonable parameters as the objectives
of suspension optimization. They are camber angle, kingpin inclination
angle and wheel travel track.
Three determined parameters are considered as optimization
objectives. And optimization is carried out by ADAMS/Insight software.
Then it compares the kinematics characteristics after optimization with
