摘要随着科学技术的不断发展,自动化程度在机械制造工业中变得越来越高,机械制造生产成本也相应的变得越来越低,尤其是柔性夹具的使用,在机械制造工业中取得了十分显著的经济效果。因此,全面的了解柔性夹具,对于机械制造专业的学生尤为重要。43844
通过柔性夹具实验,我们可以了解到柔性夹具的使用范围,类型,初步掌握柔性夹具的使用原则,设计原理、以及简单的装配技术。实验中,学生必须综合运用机床夹具、金属切削机床、金属切削原理、机械加工工艺规程设计和装配方法等方面的知识,才能完成这些实验。通过工艺规程的设计、柔性夹具元器件的选择,柔性夹具装配方案的确定以及CAD虚拟智能装配软件的运用这样一个过程,加强学生综合运用各种专业知识的能力、开拓学生的创造性思维、提高学生的动手能力,这是开设本实验的根本初衷。

Abstract
With the continuous development of science and technology, the degree of automation of the machinery has became higher and higher, production costs are getting lower and lower , in particular , the use of flexible fixture has made very significant economic effect in the machinery manufacturing industry . Therefore, understanding the flexible fixture is particularly important for machinery manufacturing majors.
By flexible clamp exeriments, we can know the scope and type of flexible fixture, and initially grasp the using and designing principles, as well as simple assembly. In the experiment, students must comprehensive use the knowledge of machine tool fixture, metal cutting machine tools, metal cutting principles, machining process design and equipment design, then they can complete these experiments. The design of process specification, selection of flexible fixture componets, scheme o flexible fixture assembly and application of CAD virtual intelligent assembly software, these are designing. Strengthening students’ ability of comprehensive using various professional knowledge, developing students’ creative thinking, improving their ability of practice and mechanical drawing, is the fundamental purpose of opening experiment
