    摘要:随着经济和电力负荷的快速增长,电网容量亦随之增加,我国更多的开始采用大容量、高参数机组。燃烧器作为煤粉锅炉燃烧设备的主要部分,它的性能优劣对燃烧的稳定性和经济性有很大的影响。本次毕业设计的是锅炉容量为1025t/h直流煤粉燃烧器。论文首先对所给煤种进行的工业分析,确定煤种实际的发热量、锅炉的基本参数、理论空气量和烟气量,最终确定了炉膛燃料消耗量等;之后,计算炉膛结构尺寸,首先假定炉膛的容积热负荷和截面热负荷,计算出炉膛的容积和截面积及炉膛的主体高度,并根据煤种特性来初步选定煤粉燃烧器的类型和布置方式;然后针对燃烧煤种和锅炉容量选择合适的制粉系统;最后,计算燃烧器的出力,确定一此风和二次风的风量,在此基础上,最终确定出燃烧器的喷口截面尺寸和燃烧器的阻力。具体得到的计算结果是:一次风喷口截面积0.21m2,二次风喷口截面积0.60m2,燃烧器的高度7.87m2,一次风道阻力493.97Pa,二次风道阻力544.25Pa。50036

    Design of 1025t/h Boiler Direct Current Pulverized Coal Burner System

    Abstract:With the rapid growth of economy and electric power load, the power network capacity has been increased, and more and more large capacity and high parameter sets have been adopted in our country. As the main part of the pulverized coal boiler combustion equipment, the performance of the burner has a great influence on the stability and economy of combustion. The graduation project is the boiler capacity of 1025t/h DC pulverized coal burner. Firstly, to analyze the coal industry, coal is determined actual heat quantity, the basic parameters of the boiler and the theory of air quantity and quantity of flue gas, and ultimately determine the fuel consumption in the furnace; then, calculate the size of the structure, first assume that the volume heat load and thermal load of furnace section, calculating out the furnace volume and area of the body and furnace height, and according to the characteristics of coal to selected pulverized coal burner type and layout; then based on the combustion of coal and boiler capacity of coal pulverizing system suitable; finally, calculating the burner output, determine a wind and two air, based on the determined cross section of the nozzle size and the resistance of the burner. The specific calculation results are: primary air nozzle section 0.21m2, two times the area of the wind nozzle section 0.60m2, the height of the burner 7.87m2, an air duct resistance 493.97Pa, two times the wind resistance 544.25Pa.
